Although my first career was an artist, photographer and video editor, for many years I had an interest in Chinese Medicine which grew while living in New York City's Chinatown.   I read that a complete artist in Asian culture must know the medicine as well. It was then that I resolved to go to school for this and I had my opportunity 15 years ago when I moved to Los Angeles. Although I sometimes miss my art career I've completely enjoying my new discipline as a "Chinese Doctor".

I now divide my time between teaching classes in Chinese Medicine, instructing in two school clinics and my private practice in Los Angeles.
